Digital Downloads Policy

Access

Digital products purchased on Kooptog are available for download immediately after the vendor confirms payment. You can access your downloads from the order detail page in My Orders.

Download Limits

Each digital product has a maximum download count set by the vendor. This limit is shown on the product listing before purchase. Once the download limit is reached, you will no longer be able to download the file. If you need additional downloads, please contact the vendor directly through the order messaging thread.

Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a licence to use the file for the purpose described in the listing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• The download is for personal use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the file.
• You may not claim the work as your own if it is a creative asset.

Licence terms specific to a product are displayed in the listing description. The vendor is the rights holder and is responsible for enforcing their licence terms.

Refunds for Digital Products

Digital products are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If the file is corrupt, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described in the listing, you may open a dispute and Kooptog will review the case.

Delivery Failure

If a download link is not available after payment is confirmed, or if the file cannot be opened, contact the vendor via order messaging first. If the vendor does not resolve the issue within 3 business days, raise a dispute on the order.

File Security

Download links are private and authenticated. Only the buyer linked to the order can access the download. Do not share your download link with others.
