Delivery Policy

Delivery Responsibility

Each vendor on Kooptog is responsible for fulfilling and shipping their own orders. Kooptog does not warehouse or ship products on behalf of vendors. Vendors set their own shipping rates, carriers, and estimated delivery times, which are displayed on product listings.

Fulfilment Deadlines

To protect buyers, Kooptog enforces the following vendor fulfilment deadlines:

• Order confirmation: Vendors must confirm receipt of payment within 48 hours of payment submission.
• Shipment: Vendors must dispatch the order within 72 hours of confirming payment.

Orders that miss these deadlines are automatically cancelled and eligible for a full refund. If you believe your order was incorrectly cancelled, please contact the vendor or raise a dispute.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by vendor and shipping method. Typical estimates for deliveries within South Africa are:

• Standard courier: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Economy courier: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• PostNet-to-PostNet: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier capacity, or remote delivery addresses.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, the vendor will update the tracking number on your order. You can view shipment updates from your My Orders page or via the public tracking link if provided.

Failed Deliveries

If a courier cannot deliver to your address (e.g., incorrect address, nobody available to receive), they will typically attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a collection point. Contact the courier directly using the tracking number, or reach out to the vendor via order messaging.

Digital Products

Digital products are available for download immediately after the vendor confirms payment. There is no physical delivery involved. See our Digital Downloads Policy for details on access and download limits.

Services

Service listings show an estimated duration and region. The service provider will contact you to schedule a date and time after payment is confirmed. Service fulfilment expectations are set by the individual vendor.
